Returns Policy
We will accept returned merchandise under the following circumstances:

- The wrong product was shipped.

- The product was damaged during shipping.

(Please note it is the customers responsibility to ensure that the correct product is order. Returns will not be permitted for incorrectly ordered goods.)

Should you have any questions or problems relating to the return of items purchased from the store please contact our Customer Care team.

Technical Requirements
The UltraCart system uses "cookies" in order to identify and track your order whilst you are operating within the Side Effects store. Please ensure that your web browser (e.g. Internet Explorer, FireFox, Netscape) is configured to accept cookies otherwise you will not be able to proceed with your order.
